 Our application will be processed by VICTIG, a third party application processing company.  Your application will be processed without regard to race, sex, religion, national origin, color, familial status, or handicap.  Please be aware that any false information on your application will be grounds for denial.  



There will be a $30.00 NON-REFUNDABLE Application Fee Per Applicant for a Background and Credit Check 



IMPORTANT: Once the primary applicant’s information has been processed and approved, an email will be sent to all other persons who will be living at the address (spouse, room-mate, etc.) 

Each additional resident MUST respond to the email, supply the requested information and “electronically” sign these separate applications.

The screening process will NOT be complete until ALL applicants have supplied their information and “signatures”.


As part of your application for residency with Wasatch Front Property Management, LLC, you need to fill out the proceeding background questionnaire so that the Company can conduct a background check about you. As part of that process, you will need to electronically sign a Notice and Authorization form consenting to these checks. This Authorization Form will allow VICTIG to verify the information you provide and share its results with Wasatch Front Property Management, LLC.


The questionnaire takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and we recommend that you double check the information you provide to ensure there is no delay with your application for residency.
